Accessibility Statement — ABC Style Passport

ABC Style Passport™

Accessibility Statement

ABC Style Passport is built on a simple belief: that everyone deserves to feel at home in their own style. That includes how our site works for you. We are committed to making the Passport accessible to as many people as possible, whatever their abilities.

Accessibility isn't an afterthought here. Our aim is to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the site, and to keep improving.

What we're aiming for

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out how to make web content more accessible. They define three levels: A, AA, and AAA. We build to Level AA as our standard, which covers things like:

  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Clear, visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
  • Full keyboard navigation, so you don't need a mouse.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Meaningful labels and alternative text for images and controls.

Where we are honestly

We make constant efforts to improve accessibility, in the belief that it's the right thing to do. We aim for every page and feature to meet Level AA, but some content may not yet fully reach the highest standards — sometimes because the best technical solution is still being worked out. Where that's the case, we're actively addressing it.

Tell us how we're doing
